Edgar Whipple12 days agoMost excellent! I visited the Mountain View location. There is an impressive bank of shiny, well maintained machines that look brand new. As a first time user I appreciated the guidance provided by the friendly attendant. Their web site is well constructed and informative. It lists the number and size of the various machines as well as the pricing, which is very reasonable. There is parking in back, and a back entrance. I highly recommend this business!Posted on Google

Emma53 days agoExcellent laundromat! I did my laundry around 7:00 a.m. I hadn’t been there that early before, so I wondered whether everything would be ready for the day. It absolutely was! The facility was very clean, well-organized, and all of the machines were in great condition. The lady working there (I think she might be the owner) was so kind and told me to let her know if I needed any help. We even chatted a little about FIFA 2026 , and soon the TV was replaying an earlier match, which made the visit feel very welcoming. Getting a laundry card was quick and straightforward, making the whole process smooth and convenient. The machines worked perfectly, and the entire experience was hassle-free. Goleador_HM53 days agoI’ve been coming to this laundromat for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier. The place is always spotless, including the restroom, which is something you don’t find everywhere. Missy, the attendant, is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. She always greets everyone with a beautiful smile, says goodbye when you leave, and is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. She truly makes you feel welcome. The laundromat also has a TV, which has been especially nice during the World Cup because I can watch the games while doing my laundry. They even sell snacks and bottled water, making it even more convenient. I’m so glad I found this place. The excellent customer service, clean environment, and welcoming atmosphere keep me coming back. This will always be my go-to laundromat, and I highly recommend it!Posted on Google

Diana Phuong64 days agoI love The Laundry at Mountain View because the machines are clean, space is great, prices are reasonable, and as a mom, I can get everything done at once. The owner, Clint, and his team were extremely helpful, welcoming, and explained how each machine works. They take card and have a card system so EVERY machine works. Unlike other places that advertise that they have big load capacity washers (that are are all broken or only take cash), the Laundry at MV actually has big load capacity washers that work! They have wash and fold service! There were times that I needed help because my kids were running around or I was out on a walk, and the staff moved my clothes from the wash to the dryer, or helped me moved my folded laundry to the car. Last week I accidentally added too much detergent and they taught me the trick of how to keep the bubbles down (fabric softener). I'm so it's machines that are in poor quality so you have to add so much more detergent but if the machines are working and nothing is clogged you actually use less cleaning products. Therefore this place is actually saving me more money! They have a bathroom, ,Wi-Fi, a slop sink, snacks, drinks, and detergents for purchase. I have taken a zoom meeting here on a Friday when it was quiet. The staff keeps everything meticulously clean. After every wash they wipe down each machine and sweep the floors. This is exactly how I want my home lunch route to look--SPOTLESS!! Highly recommend and don't want to gatekeep! I literally drive from Cupertino to do my laundry here rather than my own apartment complex!Posted on Google
James Stinson III71 days agoThis is one of the best laundromats I’ve ever experience. Clint is the owner and is very attentive to his customers and his machines. They have the most dedicated customer service, cleanest machines (they still have their sheen in and out), easy to use, and reasonably priced. We washed our Ruggable rug for the first time here and it was so clean and dry that it looked brand new! There’s no doubt my family will be back. FYI- parking is in the back!Posted on Google

Silvia Quinteros79 days agoI would million times recommend this laundromat! From the moment you walk through the door, you are welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The management is incredibly caring, and the staff truly go above and beyond for their customers. We had an unexpected emergency come up at the last minute and had to leave our clothes behind. One of the employees was so unbelievably generous that he moved all of our laundry for us without expecting anything in return. That level of kindness is so rare these days, and it genuinely touched our hearts. People like him deserve to be recognized and appreciated. I wish there were more wholehearted, compassionate people like him in the world. His selflessness turned a stressful situation into one we will never forget. This is, without a doubt, the best laundromat we have ever been to, and we will absolutely be returning. It's also the CLEANEST laundromat I've ever been in. They were actively cleaning after people were done with machines. They're also extending their open hours. Finally told her “the chairs are over there”. She was a little snarky and employ wasn’t super thrilled with my correction but needed counter for laundry. I’m sure owner will rectify! He was fab on the last visit. Excellent laundromat. Been here four times in last week. Daughter had newest grandbaby and had no laundry so here a lot. The employees and owner are fabulous. Clean!! Affordable. Have a pick up laundry too I’ll be hiring for my daughter once we go home. I’ve been to a lot of laundromat’s, traveled for work all my career, best laundry ever!Posted on Google

Mei Sausa217 days agoI have 2 very active kids, plus a dog so we do laundry daily. My dryer broke and needed to at least 4 loads desperately and found this place... and let me tell you... this is the nicest and cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. I was greeted upon arrival and I was pretty clueless on how to use the machines and paycard and the girl working was super helpful. The washers and dryers are hella efficient and there are 3 different size washers. So my 4 loads became 2 loads, and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. AND that included folding my clothes there. And did I mention this place is spotless??? Parking was in the back. I went shortly after it opened and I was the only one there for a bit. And again, this place is CLEAN!!Posted on Google

He showed me how to use the machines and how the card system works. I walked in with a bag of quarters and he was kind enough to change them for bills and I load my card to be able to use the laundry machines.Posted on Google

The laundry machines use a member card (which they always have cards available to grab.) Cash, card and ebt accepted at their kiosk. They have washing supplies for purchase - incase you forget yours. Overall 10/10 experience everytime! Plenty of seating and a bathroom plus in a great location!Posted on Google

They’ve got some really neat technology inside, you can pay using their own cards or even just tap with Apple Pay, which makes things super convenient. victor hdz339 days agoThis is one of the few places that I really want to go back, they really keep it up with the cleaning, all the washing and dryer machines are clean and shiny and the staff it's really friendly and professional they help me and explained step by step how the new card system works (I hate carrying a bunch of coins). The machines actually work now, and there’s a great variety to choose from. The dryers are large, so clothes dry faster and more evenly. Best part? No more carrying coins—they have a convenient card system instead. The place is spotless, the owners are wonderful, and the staff is very friendly.
