The Laundry Mountain View has commercial Dexter washers in 20 lb, 40 lb, 60 lb, and 80 lb capacities, along with 50 lb dryers.
These machines can accommodate many suitable comforters, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, washable rugs, mats, Ruggable covers, robes, and shower curtains.

Some lightweight rugs, household mats, and removable Ruggable covers are designed for machine washing.
Only items with a machine-washable care label should be placed inside a commercial washer. Remove detachable pads or backing layers when required by the manufacturer.
Traditional area rugs, rubber-backed mats, heavy rugs, antique rugs, wool rugs, fixed carpet, and damaged backing may not be suitable for this service.
Washable Home Textiles
Machine-washable shower curtains and selected liners can collect soap residue, moisture, dust, and everyday bathroom buildup.
Remove hooks, rings, clips, magnets, weights, and detachable accessories before placing a shower curtain inside a washer.
Vinyl, plastic, coated, delicate, torn, or specialty curtains may have temperature, cycle, and drying restrictions.
Prepare Large Laundry Items
Large laundry items should be checked carefully before they enter a commercial washer or dryer.
Read the complete care label, check the item’s condition, remove detachable parts, identify stains, and confirm that the material and filling can withstand the selected cleaning method.
Items containing pet hair, excessive soil, oil, chemicals, biological contamination, or pest activity may not be accepted.

Suitable machine-washable blankets can be cleaned using an appropriately sized washer and dryer. Wool, weighted, heated, delicate, or specialty blankets should be reviewed before washing.
Some pillows are machine washable, but suitability depends on the outer fabric, filling, seams, age, and manufacturer instructions. Memory foam and specialty-filled pillows may not qualify.
Machine-washable sleeping bags can be reviewed for cleaning. Down, synthetic insulation, waterproof coatings, and drying requirements must follow the care label.
Only lightweight rugs and mats specifically labeled as machine washable should be considered. Heavy, wool, antique, damaged, or rubber-backed items may not be suitable.
